Tremayne House is the perfect place to host a private retreat, whether for a day, for a long weekend, or for longer. We are situated at the end of a private road, tucked away in peaceful countryside just above the Helford River in rural south Cornwall, so our location offers the perfect base for making Cornwall’s beauty and fresh air a part of your retreat plans. We are surrounded by fantastic countryside to explore on foot, within walking distance of the Helford River and driving distance to stunning beaches on the Lizard including Kynance Cove, Poldhu, Coverack and Mullion Cove. Whether you are focussing on wellness and calm, on developing skills in art or writing, or planning future business activities, the workshop spaces and open space at Tremayne will provide the perfect backdrop for you and your guests.

We have worked with retreats and workshop planners including:

  • Artists and writers

  • Yoga, pilates and wellness (see below for images of a recent Resonant Being retreat. Further images can be found in our gallery)

  • Professional group weekends

  • Fitness, wild swimming and diet

  • Women's and men’s only

We’d love to hear from you if you’d like to discuss booking Tremayne for your retreat - please drop us a line here.

It is possible to block book all of our holiday accommodation, providing space for up to 15* guests across four properties. In addition, the dining room of the main house can be used for group gatherings and workshops. To view our holiday properties, please see our ‘Stay’ page here. There are several spaces at Tremayne where a group of guests could come together, for a yoga lesson or a meeting, for example. Please let us know what you need and we’ll come back to you with our suggestions!

All of the properties at Tremayne have superfast wifi, so it is easy to stay connected if you need to.
